This policy explains what Keystone Strategy AI (“Keystone,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use keystonestrategyai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because that’s how we do everything else.
Keystone Strategy AI is a patient-reactivation and follow-up systems business working with chiropractic practices nationwide. You can reach us any time at Matt@keystonestrategyai.com.
When you fill in a form on this site — for example, to request the Dormant Patient Goldmine Audit — we collect the first name and email address you enter. If you email us, we keep the contents of that message and your address so we can reply.
Like most websites, we automatically receive basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies (see below) and is used in aggregate.
The calculator and audit tools run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to us unless you deliberately send them.
We use cookies and small tracking scripts to make the site work, understand how it’s used, and measure our advertising. These include:

We do not use the information you enter into the calculator or audit to make decisions about you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example, our email/CRM platform, website host, and advertising platforms — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If the business is ever transferred, information may pass to the new owner under this same policy.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR. To exercise any of these, email Matt@keystonestrategyai.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising a right.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically while you’re an active contact and for a reasonable period afterward — unless a longer period is required by law. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
