The Site provides information about our patient-reactivation and follow-up services, along with free tools such as the list-value calculator and the Dormant Patient Goldmine Audit. These tools and any content here are provided for general informational purposes to help you evaluate your own numbers.
The calculator, audit, and other content are estimates and planning aids, not promises. The rates and examples in them are assumptions you can change, not benchmarks or guarantees. Nothing on this Site is medical, legal, accounting, or specific business advice, and nothing here creates a professional-client relationship. Any results a practice sees depend on its own list, market, execution, and factors outside our control. Any performance guarantee we may offer exists only where it is put in writing in a signed engagement agreement — not on this Site.
